  1. Good challenge, I might try this myself – still trying to overcome a long-standing aversion to collage so this might help. I’m impressed that you’re finding ways to put the book’s advice into action; I must admit I read it, nodded a lot, then put it back on the shelf πŸ™‚

    1. Haha! Well, I’ve done the same with some books, but I am trying new things, especially where my sketchbook is concerned, as I haven’t got into the habit of using it regularly yet. As you can see, I don’t aim for a masterpiece with collage. I just cut out shapes and move them around a bit and see what emerges.

  2. Yes – I too am impressed by what you get out of this book/journal. It just goes to show that something interesting happens whenever we ‘show up’ for our creativity. This is perhaps the most profound learning for me at OCA. It is truly amazing to see it happen for you (and the rest of students and myself) time and again. πŸ™‚
